Open Tenders - Kismayu

Lutheran World Federation Kenya Somalia- Kismayu area program is seeking bids from a recognized Suppliers for the supply of;

1. School uniform for learners RFQ # 39
2. ICT supplies- RFQ # 40
3. Food supplies- RFQ # 42
4. Non- food items – RFQ # 43
5. Cereal porridge- RFQ # 44
6. Assistive devices- RFQ # 48
7. Farm tools & equipment- RFQ # 49
8. Metallic frame desks- RFQ # 51

The following documents must be attached to your bid documents:

1. Copies of the company registration certificate from Jubbaland ministry of trade and commerce.
2. Copies of valid tax compliance certificates- Jubbaland ministry of finance.
3. Valid company certificate of Good Conduct-Jubbaland.
4. Physical address. Email address and day time telephone contacts
5. All bids should be addressed to The Kismayu Procurement Committee, Lutheran World Federation, P O Box Sinai, Farjano, and Kismayu. Bids should be sent to  [email protected]
6. Only qualified bidders who meet the above criteria shall be considered. Evidence of eligibility to confirm authenticity of certificates submitted will form part of the technical evaluation.

Any form of canvassing shall lead to automatic disqualification of the tender.

LWF reserves the right to reject any bids and is not obliged to give reasons for its decision
